Location: Coventry City Centre (Starbucks is around the corner)

We’re a busy, established beauty salon offering nails, lashes, facials, SPMU, aesthetics, waxing, piercing, and accredited Training Courses. Due to our prime location, we receive high footfall and regular walk-in clients. We also have a professional website and strong social media presence that help attract even more customers to the salon.

Now Hiring:

Experienced Nail & Lash Technicians – Immediate Start

Trainees Welcome – Plan B – Onboard Practice Scheme

We offer two options under our Plan B onboarding pathway, depending on your background:

Option 1: Already Trained & Qualified
If you’ve already been trained elsewhere and hold more than 3 relevant qualifications, you can join our Plan B scheme directly.

You’ll be given space in our salon to practise your skills, gain real salon experience, and start building your clientele.

This is not an employed position, but a supported trainee opportunity where you can earn as you learn.

Option 2: No Experience or Qualifications
If you're completely new to nails or lashes, you’ll start with Plan A — our beginner training course paid by students.

Once you complete your training and receive your certificates, you’ll be eligible to move into Plan B as a trainee after required practices.

From there, you can continue developing your skills in a real salon setting with our support.

Next Step: Plan C – Professional
After completing Plan B and gaining hands-on experience, you'll be ready to advance into Plan C — Independent Professional
Operate as a confident, independent beauty professional: be your own boss while still having the opportunity to take on clients and work with us through our salon.

What We Offer:

Earning Potential:

£150 – £450/day based on skill and availability

Commission and employment-based options available

Flexible working hours between 9:30am - 6:30pm

Strong client base via walk-ins, website bookings, and social media support

Fully equipped + access to reception, kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine

Training & Development:

Full-package beginner-to-pro technician courses

Includes tools, onboarding, and mentoring

Career path: Plan A (Beginner) → Plan B (Trainee) → Plan C (Professional)

Requirements:

Lash or Nail Technicians: minimum 3 years of experience

Trainees: no experience required

Good spoken English

Passion for beauty and client care
